Support the REPAIR ACT
AJC, since it's founding in 1906, has been a strong voice in support of immigration, long committed to fair and generous immigration policies as good for the United States and consistent with Jewish values. There are millions of people currently living in the shadows throughout the United States, unable to access basic services such as health care and education. An earned pathway to legal status for those individuals is the humane and appropriate thing to do-for their sake and for the sake of all Americans. The fact that we do not know who is entering, and has entered, our country poses obvious security risks. Moreover, mass deportations of the undocumented population are not a real solution because they do not address security concerns, are infeasible, and run counter to the values of this great country.
